Fitness and movement have always been a huge part of Cara’s life, so training to become a Pilates Instructor was a natural step for her. She wanted to share her knowledge and passion to help others feel stronger, more confident and more connected to their bodies.
Her classes are designed to be enriching and enjoyable, making movement accessible for all abilities. She focuses on challenging the body through gradual progression, allowing each individual to move at their own pace and build strength safely and effectively.
Students can expect a range of benefits from her classes, including improved posture, strengthened key muscle groups and an overall enhancement of everyday life.
