Cara is a Chiropractor, Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer), Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, with a lifelong passion for movement and wellbeing. After years of sport and weight training, she realised that her body needed something more balanced and sustainable – that’s when she discovered Pilates and completely fell in love with it.
Through consistent practice, Pilates has helped Cara build strength, improve her mobility and find a deeper connection between her body and mind. It has been one of the most beneficial practices for both her physical and mental health, and she truly believes in its power to support long-term wellbeing.
In her chiropractic work, Cara regularly incorporates rehabilitative Pilates exercises to help her patients move better and feel stronger. She stands by the practice wholeheartedly and loves sharing its benefits with others, helping them discover the same balance and strength that she has found through Pilates.
