Michelle Pennington
Pilates | Reformer | Personal Trainer
Michelle has a passion for movement and a strong foundation in functional fitness. Her Pilates career started in 2013 when she became certfified in Pilates mat work through Stott Pilates, the contemporary approach. Michelle added to her expertise in 2021 by becoming certified in Reformer, also Stott.
She also teaches ballet barre and is a Personal Trainer.
As a keen runner with numerous half marathons under her belt, often finishing among the top 3 women, Michelle credits Pilates for helping her stay injury free. Michelle loves a challenge and brings energy, commitment and a love for movement to everything she does.
